Are you sure that handle is bone ? In the photo it looks more like stag to me.

Are there any markings on the knife? Base of the blade or guard?

Hi. It is antler tip handle. Needs grind to remove the nick in the edge. Has no pommel which makes me believe it is a handmade custom.
