I just bought a Camillus TL-29 that I want to use as a carry knife and am looking for a belt pouch with a snap tab. The knife is 3 3/4' long. Prefer no logo but will take what I can get. Thanks a lot.

Murph,

Does it have to be leather? If Ray doesn't come up with something, give me a shout.

Thanks Jerry. Ray gave me my choice of three and it will be in the mail shortly. BTW, he is just going to up and give it to me. Thanks Ray, you are a true gentleman.
I picked this one up off ebay last night for pretty cheap, to use as a carry knife. Will need a little bit of clean up and someone sharpened the screw-driver blade a little bit (seller's descriptive) but that's OK
My search is over.

Well you're a lucky guy then, 'cause I would have charged you a million dollars.
You're a good man Ray.

And if it is made of Roger's jigged bone, I probably would have bought it

Yeppers, I would guess. At least military issue of WWII era, else-wise it wouldn't be a TL-29

Can't tell what the liners and frame are but I'm guessing steel.

I got the knife today Jerry. It would have been considered unused, uncarried and unsharpened except for dumb-a$$ human intervention.

Someone desided that the blades, especially the screwdriver blade, should be sharpened for the next owner

I guess though, since I purchased to carry, it will be OK. All-in-all a nice knife for $14. I posted pics of it after clean-up in the "Mail Call" thread.

Would you have considered carrying it if it had been in uncarried condition?

Had the blades not been scratched up from sharpening I would not have considered it for carry, I would have sought out a different one. Lord knows that they are a dime a dozen on the 'bay. The knife would have been really minty had it not been for the sharpening.
