Well here is my first Canal Street a Cannitler in Amber stag. Man this is some knife. I am impressed.

That is a great example.
I've quickly become a Canal Street man myself. I need to get one of those in Chestnut.

I must warn you these Canal Street knives are highly addictive. Don't ask me how I know.

I just got number 2 from CSC and another Cannitiler,and you are so right that bone is fine.I like it better than the other one I had made in 2008 not sure what they called it thin.

I'm awaiting arrival of my first, a pinch.

Tracking says it got to Anchorage yesterday so I probably wont see it until next sometime week.
