Working Knife " Jumbo Jack"

Hello all,

Here is a knife I picked up last year I believe in a lot. It was so nice other than a weak closing snap I decided to have Muskrat Man do the light welding repair, no other changes. Made on Contract by NYKC for HSB.

This is the picture I always think of when I hear the term Jack knife. Single blade, heavy duty spine, and crazy walk and talk. A cousin to the infamous "Hercules" the two bladed version.

Fine work once again MM, Bonehead

Thanks Guys!

I have both the NYKC and the HSB single and double blade versions of the same knife. The only other vintage Jack I have in the is style that is heavier yet is a Northfield.

IM, Yes I understand you.... Once we send something off we have to be patient and its hurts. MM work is worth waiting for ::tu:: BH

Reminds me of the old heavy Robeson "BULLDOG", which was a two blade knife. And, a pattern of which I've never acquired a good example.

"BULLDOG" is a fitting name for this neat husky H. S. B. & Co. jumbo jack.
