All About Pocket Knives

I've searched high and low in my "Remington Knives, past and present" by Ron Stewart and Roy Ritchie and I can't for the life of me find this knife. I can find the R-1303 on page 259, but it makes no mention of a damascus version or one with mother of pearl scales. What gives?

I don't keep up with the reproductions, but I believe the knife in the picture is a R 1303 D . I'm pretty sure this pattern was available from Smoky Mtn. Knife Works.
