Who owns GEC now.

I am a bit confused,I had just read that GEC"the Daniels family"just bought Queen and now I have been told they have nothing to do with the GEC label anymore.If this is true who owns GEC now?and do they still own Queen?

The Daniel's left GEC at the end of 2011.
