Repair Restore Old BSA knife ( Camillus )

I posted this on the camillus page and thought I'd list it here. I have an early 60's CAMW31 Whittler knife with BSA insignia. It was my dad's. The "woodgrain handles are shot. Can anyone replace /restore these handles? Any help is greatly appreciated. I am in NC.
