What is this knife?

Ok, so I did some rust removal on this knife and here's what I've found. Any info on this knife at all would be greatly appreciated as I don't know anything about it; I found it in my junk drawer.

The pattern is a "scout" or "utility" knife.
The hole is where the bail was.
Looks like jigged delrin (plastic) handles.
Spear blade and cap lifter (bottle opener) / screw driver blade
Punch(used to punch a hole in leather etc.) and can opener blades

Any idea of age or value, if any, it's in pretty bad shape. I know Utica Cutlery company changed its name to kutmaster in 1925ish but it's still in business today so it's kinda a toss up to age as I am not familiar with kutmaster tang stamps.

In the shape it's in and with the broken tip on the punch, it's not worth a whole lot, maybe $10-$15 on ebay on a good day. I bet it would make a solid user though.

I was piddling around, trying to get fancy schmancy and you out typed me. It's not hard to beat Mr. Molasses to the draw.
Glenn's right. The Uticas are pretty common and in that condition I think you're more in the $5-$10 range. Don't want to insult you or your knife but that's just the way it is. Clean it up, sharpen it up and carry it. They're good knives.

Hey, it was free. I'll appreciate what little history it may have rather than its value. Id rather own the knife than the $5 bill.
