Its so Pretty

This feels like a special find to me. I havent been able to find anything one the internet to give me any clues but It is beautiful. Its white pearl handle Its 1 of 200 but does not carry the stamp or any markings that show what one it was that series.

I've never seen one like that. It's obviously one of the better made commemoratives.
Appears to be a true Solingen made razor. I would imagine it was made for Frank Buster rather than by Frank Buster.
I've no idea what that is worth, but it is pretty.
