All About Pocket Knives

I just purchased two russlocks for my grandsons, ages 12 & 13. These things are a bear to open. Is there any way to make them easier to open? Will they become easier with time? Thanks

Welcome to the forums! I have a few russlocks, and I've handled several others, but I don't recall any of them being hard to open. I would contact Case. They should will fix them right up for you for free.

I recently e-mailed Case about a knife of mine on Bryan's recommendation. They responded very promptly with detailed instructions re how to ship the knife to them. So far so good.
