What is it?

About a year ago I purchased several GEC's from a burned out collector, ever since then I've had the GEC bug...In that transaction there was a knife that I'm pretty sure had been placed in the incorrect tube. The tube reads "#73EC blue oyster 2007 031". I had always thought this was the correct tube for the knife inside because it's a #73EC, from 2007 with "031" etched in the bolster...but this knife isn't very blue. Im no pro with GEC handles so I'm resorting to y'all. What is it? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks, Jake

Well here it is yall!
I couldn't be happier with Christine and her wonderful customer service!

I felt quite honored to speak with the lady who signed all of those COA's and tubes that I seem to have fallen in love with lol
Thank you very much Christine!

Very cool.

p.s. I know what you mean about GECs attention to the customer. A while back, I called GEC to ask Christine a question, and happened to get Ryan Daniels on the phone … well, he and I ended up chatting about knives and collecting and trends and steels and who knows what all, and when I hung up I felt like I had just spent 20 minutes talking to an old friend. Very cool indeed.
