Not sure if this will work or not, but lets give it a try!
http://www.frappr.com/?a=basics&s=size& ... gin=onsite
if it looks like it will, maybe we can get it stickied on here!

I think if we use this that each memeber of this forum, when they sign up, must use their same name as they're using in this forum . . . that way there won't be any confusion.
Good idea!

Hmm, kind of played with it, made it where you could color code genders, and mark Places, (I am thinking places of Knife relavence)
Not sure if we can insert this into the web page or not, but I thought it would be pretty neat!

Ok, who is over in Dickinson, ND? I like to go over to Medora with my wife! We only have got to go once so far, but I look forward to going back over there.

Leave out the email address, free spammer info with REAL contacts, we get enough already, just pm the member. I do like it, except the email. More information than needed if non members can view. My .02, members view it only. Name and city is all we need, pm from that.

I "think" only those of us that click on the link and go there are the ones that see the map...
I did not add the map to the public diectory... so...
I dunno, I poked around seeing if there are some type of privacy options.
EDIT: Ok I found this under FAQ
How public are these Frappr Maps?
Your Map is automatically added to Frappr's public directory by title and tags. Anyone who searches for your Map name or tag should pull up your Map. This may be stopped by going into your permissions area and clicking the box "add to Frappr public directory" until it is unchecked. You will then be very hard to find unless someone knows your URL or visits a page of one of your group members as your icon will be on their page. Frappr has no control over your group being displayed on search engine results (such as Google or Yahoo.)

I just input "

I put my hometown down. Up in the sticks.

I been a member on that site for about 8 months, never had a spam problem from them.
But, if a fake one works, I like to see who is around me with the same interest, perhaps we can show each other some collections!

Hey there in Salem & Seattle . . . I'm in the middle of you . . . down here near Portland, OR. Are you into trading? Are you going to the Eugene knife show in April?

Hey Eric,
I am planning on going to the OKCA show in Eugene. Lots of great stuff there! Have you been to it before? It is the best show in the NW. I have heard some say it is the best in the world. I went last year & it was great!
Charlie will be there from BC. I think he will have a table there and a display of Empires..
I think we should all wear our AAPK hats so we can identify each other as well as promote AAPK.
I do trading, if you got something I need.
I need knives

Thought Id bring this back to the top till it gets a sticky. Next time I get to Glendive I'll send you a pm. I used to go down your way every other week for work, or if you roll down to Billings drop me a pm and I can show my wife I'm not the only knife hoarder in our state.

What knives are you into?

Heya Grizzly,
If you been to Glendive, you know there is not much here!!!
I make it to Billings every so often, so would love to see what kind of knives you got floating around!
I been meaning to hit some of the Billings Pawn shops and Antique Stores, just have not got around to it yet.
If you like lunch, I always try to hit Famous Dave's there in town!
Will let you know next time I am headed over that way.

Well, I took the plunge and I am on the MAP.
I waited thirty years to get off the map, and now I am officially back on it.
