Does anyone know the guy who was selling the stag congress?

Someone had a congress for sale at the clssifieds and they took it away before I could buy it. Who was that? Can anyone help? 
I don't know if this was the one you saw or not, but we have a Case XX Congress for sale on Heartland Pocket Knives & Collectibles link thru this sight. It it a small Congress NIB, the number is: 5468SS. It includes a collector tin & pouch.
