So... I Thought I would Keep it Real.....

I can't help you much other than they have been around since 1731 and they make a high quality knife.It is not known why they chose there logo Henckels Twins"two small men"and not much in the way of dating them is known.They have over 2000 products in there line up to date.The collectible rating is high.
