A Mystery Dirk

i would like any info you guys might have on this knife, it's one i got from ebay. the seller didn't have much info on the knife but his discription was on the money. i really like this pattern and i have several in my collection. this knife is 5" closed and just over 9" open, it's all screwed together and that's unusual. i have goins encyclopedia of cutlery markings but there isn't a lot of info on this maker. any hepl would be welcome.

I think it is old and likely made in France. I have one very similar in construction that is unmarked but has many characteristics of French made fishtails.See picture(2nd knife from the top).
Using screws to hold a knife together is not unheard of;even before Miller Brothere did it.
The second picture shows a knife constructed so(third from the left on the top row).Small whittler pattern with the tiniest blades I've seen and a thin layer of gold over the bolsters which use screws as the pivot pins.It also has some nice engraving and sculptured sides.
