I have read that Winchester remakes where made by Queen but I have also read that they are made in Ohio by Bluegrass Cutlery. So what I need to know is in 1988 where there knives made by Queen or Bluegrass Cutlery?

Ahh, the question of the hour. There is quite some controversy over whether Blue Grass ever did any actual manufacturing. I've never seen any hard evidence that convinced me Blue Grass ever swung a hammer or turned on a grinder There was this one guy that claimed he was in their "factory" but that's all, so I'm going with Queen.

They're fine knives. The fit and finish are like Case Classics which were also made by Queen. I have five of them and am very happy with all of them except the Peanut. It turned out to be a second.

I'm with jerry but hey... I'm silly dumb with this stuff but I heard both stories.... what we definitely know is that Queen DID make some if not most of them... and heck probably all of them for bluegrass .... hey jerry, Did the guy have pics?

The only pictures I've ever seen were of the outside of the place. Bluegrass Cutlery is kind of like the birth certificate of "He Who Shall Not Be Named" or more to the point, those RBH Custom fixed blades.
