Great line up Dennis ::tu:: Always have a #23 & #72 with my gear and can't wait to give the new #42 a whirl this deer season.

I have a 2 bladed Tidioute blue bone lockback like the one third from the left in your picture. GEC called it Blue River Bone or something like that. Is yours a single bladed knife? My wife bought the one I have for me, it's a nice knife. Those are all nice knives you have there HiPower.

Yous guys have some amazing GECS! ::drool::

Edit to add my few GECs, I don't have near the number y'all do.
There's a Gepetto whittler, a GEC congress and a conductor. The Whittler has seen use in field with doves, garden work and EDC, the other two are not broken in yet, not sure I can bring myself to do it! -T

If by "field folders" you mean deer huntin', I favor the big 23 size.

All right. You caught me usin' a non GEC product; but it's only 'cuz I don't wanna stain up the blades on my 23's with blood! I've used the Camillus/Moore Maker the last few years fer that chore.

Dennis, did it ruin your day when you first bloodied your red spiral cut? ::paranoid:: While I love my 1095 GEC's, I try to keep them away from blood, fruit, etc. I know it doesn't hurt 'em, I guess I just carried dark, stained blades so long that I like to try and keep 'em shiney! Sometimes I'll even take 'em to my 1/4 hp Baldor buffer for a 'spa' treatment. ::shrug::
