Original, although the blades have been heavily cleaned.

I agree the blades have been heavily cleaned, as there are pits and spiders beneath the re-established glaze.

However, I don't think the knife was used much. The blades are quite full and the handles do not show wear consistent with the patina on the blades.

I think the knife was handled with oily hands, then put away to tarnish over time.

Too bad they cleaned it.

It's a beautiful pattern.

a euro is almost 80 cents on the dollar, but what sort of number is 150,00....?????? if that is 150 euros, then it would be $120.

i misinterrupted the conversion. 1 dollar is approx 80% of 1 eur.....thanks murph. good thing i'm not traveling overseas ::facepalm::

Don't worry about it Chet, if we get four more years of Obama we'll be using the Euro too ::teary_eyes:: and we won't have to convert.

no political affiliations here..all politics sucks. i think i saw bush on tv for a total of 2 mins when he was in office, and i havent seen obama yet.
