A heart trapped in bondage...


Once a revered goddess, praised by god and man alike. She has fallen into the shadows, a world in which she is lost amongst the darkness. Her heart and soul kept in bondage by her own fears. The goddess cries out to be seen or heard. Neither man nor god can save her, she cries out "i cant do this anymore, ive grown to weak to fight!" A fallen goddess, the shackles of pain and dispair her only companion. Will none of mankind ever aknowledge her as the goddess she once was? Will she ever be free of this prison that lies within? The goddess lies in sorrow, "shall i never be seen for who i am? Is being aknowledged as a male my punishment for losing my faith in the gods?"

The most frightening thing about that is their name, "CrimsonChaos", suggesting they might actually live in Alabama.

To me the most obvious solution to one's gender issues is a quick look between their legs. Problem solved. If they cannot handle what they see there, it's not our problem.

If I were convinced that I was Napoleon trapped in Charlie Noyes' body, I'd be committed, posthaste.

Charlie i don't think it's as simple as a plumbing check. The brain is part of gender, male brains & female brains are not built exactly the same. Some people get born with the brain of one gender but the body of the opposite gender. Puts them in a state of continual conflict within themselves. Pretty awful to have to live like that.
My attitude is that i am grateful i don't have this problem and i admire the courage it takes to deal with it.

I've been reluctant to post in this thread up to this point as my track record in controversial threads has imploded on me on numerous occasions lately. BUT the last two posts have spurred me to jump in.
Charlie and Kj I think your both on to something here. In this day and time, Charlie I don't think you would be locked up because you fancied your self as Mr. Bonaparte reincarnate, but you would certainly deserve some observation. Kj you are on the right track. The brain is a very complex organ that works off of chemical reactions and electric impulses. When something goes wrong up there,people may try to rationalize what they are feeling and actually create new issues in their life in an attempt to appear as there is Really nothing wrong, its just that they were born in the wrong body. I really don't think there is any credence to a woman born in a man's body, but I do think that person has a problem that they are trying to rationalize. As you said it is a difficult and stressful position to live your life like that and the brain is still far from being understood . A sure fire treatment is not out there yet and that is the sad part.

Edge, this trans-gender state is treated in USA and every other developed country by a team approach involving at least a psychiatrist, an endocrinologist & surgeons. They do not believe this is just an issue of 'plumbing'.
Do you truly believe you know more about this complex medical condition than all of these medical specialists ?
I think an attitude of 'there but for the Grace of God go i' is more appropriate. Nobody asked to be born transgender.

Kj this a very real issue to some but I'm wondering about the circumstances of the posters intent. Five posts about hoping to own an Italian switchblade someday and then this bombshell. Probably just another trawler looking to cause hate and discontent. I'm bailing
