here's an ivory letter opener i've had for quite a while. it's 10" long and 1/2" thick at the handle. i don't use it so i'm thinking about using it to make several knife handles. should i or not.

Wow I guess that at 10" and a 1/2" thick you just might get several handles out of it...I have always admired Ivory and what folks have made out of it, I look forward to seeing your rehandled knives..

I am getting some Sea Cow Bone Is this any good for scales?

I also got some feathers made of sea cow bone. Just to place in my show case with my knives.

That looks like a real nice knife just the way it is. Do you want to let it go to me ?
