Blade is stamped A. FIELD&Co. SHEFFIELD Smaller "blade" is the older style can opener. Ken

Man I love Sheffield knives, that looks in great condition what are the handles made out of?? Bone?

That is a very nice e.g. Ken. I have one similar to it. This side is in great condition but the other side of mine is half-broke away ::dang:: I acquired mine from CCBill who bought it from a man in Alaska. What a story these knives might tell. Does anyone have any info on dating this pattern? :) s-k
