Can anyone id this 6349 1896 copprehead 634 on the bolster

The four dots and lightening bolt S dates it to 1986. The 634 on the bolster means it's number 634 of ?, I don't know how many of that limited edition were made. Maybe someone will come along that knows more than I do.
