All About Pocket Knives

A few weeks ago I posted a large (5 3/8") ivory whittler made by Samuel Jackson of Baltimore, MD circa 1833-1870. Well, that knife piqued my interest in early American cutlers and I ended up getting another old knife. This new one is pretty much the opposite of the whittler. It's a tiny (1 3/4") pearl quill knife made by Josiah Barnes of New York City circa 1850-1852. If you have a knife made by an early American cutler then by all means post it here for me to drool over.

Here's an old Southington.

A couple more & a mystery mark.
Aaron Burkinshaw, Automatic Knife co., L,F, & C. And a small pearl fob knife w/ a tennis player engraved into it stamped MSR USA. Any idea what that stands for?
