NEED HELP info on RWB stag and Cable Damascus 10.25" fo

Here's a neat one... except for the thumbstud this appears to be quite old... and Quite BIG. Open length is over 10" !! Thick, heavy and VERY well made. Lock up is excellent with great snap and just a trace of wobble. The knife appears kind of crude at first, but it's really well made and this was obviously a talented maker. All I have is the initials RWB, and the number 003 opposite. The stag seems quite old with only one minor crack. Bolsters and blade are both cable damascus. Liners appear to be nickle silver. Anyway, anyone have a clue??? it was outof an estate in Oregoin with no other information. The lockback mechanism release is located in the back by the leather tie. Thanks!
