The guard does not look quite right to me. The blade and guard may be a replacement.
In this case it is hard to say for sure without the knife "In hand"

i have to agree with you, it's odd to have fancy bolsters and a plain jane swing guard. my feeling was that because there was no blade stamp, there is no telling what this is. fortunately i'm not into it very deep. i will say it's a fairly well made piece, the blade locks up tight. the blade has been buffed and if it was replaced they did a fantastic job. i'd like to hear some folks opinions.

The blade reminds me of a French made knife with the slightly swelled spear shape and long false edge.Don't know about the guard on that one but the other one is definitely Austrian;I have a deerfoot folder by Westphal that has a near identical guard.
