I have not but it would work just like any acrylic but would be a little more forgiving since poly is more flexible.

I don't agree with this statement at all, the real deal is always better than a plastic fake and reflects the quality of one's work.

Good point mm and I agree. I had it in mind as replacement handles for some of these lower end autos i'm working on.(Colonials/Imperials) I thought it might be easier to machine then real bone or antler and look better then Corolon or Acrylester. (or broom handle ) Although the plastics would be closer to the original handles. As you well know, the routed area around the button and lock gets a bit thin. I wasn't sure if this material would be tough enough to hold up.

Still semi-on topic, Mid-Atlantic whitetails are starting to shed their antlers so be on the look-out for them when in the woods. My brother just found me a set two weekends ago. Get 'em before the critters do!

I'm not a fan of stagalon but the stuff is durable. This stag looks pretty good and would work well on EDCs I bet.
