I got to try out my new Turbocarver today. I love it. It would cut through a brass bolster in no time flat. At 400,000 RPM,s (no thats not a mistake) it cuts out all the skipping and grabbing that a dremel does.
The knife is Bloody Jasper, Micarta spacer, White Turquoise and Azurite/Malachite. Filed lock bar and carved bolsters.

Really nice Jeff! How much of that knife was done on the turbo-carver? Filework and bolster? I've been looking at those turbocarvers for a bit, but I have no pressing need.

I did some smoothing of the filework with it. I did all the stippeling and lines on the bolsters. I also did the dimpeling on the back of the blade and along the lock bar between the file work.
You can check the turbocarver out at

MM,
I doubt that yours will be anything but beautiful. I haven't seen any of your knives that weren't very nice.
Jeff
Excellent

Wow Jeff,
I usually don't like the "Native" look, but you've really brought it together. I don't know how many words I could use to describe the look you have achieved, but I am impressed with the way you executed the design.
There is certainly nothing amateuristic about your work. This brings to mind another question I have which you may answer here or in the Repair and Restoration section. How long have you been working on knives?
Keep putting out work like this and your knives will end up in a museum. Or possibly a very elite collection.
