Queen Steel no.15 year?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the year that this knife was made?.
And an aprox value.

I would say 1960-1972.......Queen did not use tang stamps on many knives during this time.
Mint it shows in my book at $70-90. Actual value may be closer to $20-40??
