Meriden Knife Co. Watch Fob Knife

I have a small gold knife, 2-3/8 in. closed, blade length 1-5/8 with a gold bail and a monogram M. It shows Meriden Kife co. which was in business between 1917-1932. Anyone know what kind of value to assign>

Welcome to AAPK.
According to the book, Meriden Knife Co., 1917-1932. Founded by the owner of Colonial Knife Co. Made skeleton knives for handling by other sources. (in this knifes case, possibly a jeweler) May have had some association with Miller Bros. I do know that Miller Bros. produced alot of Fob knives in their day.
Value is always whatever a buyer is willing to pay. These small fob knives average around $8-$12. Depending on rarity, it could go a bit higher. It's been my experience that ones with unused monogram panels, tend to sell for a bit more then monogrammed ones.

I have a watch fob knife that has an apparent issue.
One of the blades, I am convinced, says Meriden Knife Co. U.S.A. 1917-1932
The Meriden stamp looks like the one in the previous post here.
The other blade, the secondary, is stamped; IXL, George Wostenholm, Sheffield.
Pretty little thing. Well made. 2 1/4".
Lots of different, useful blades floating around back in the day.
