What do you do when a puma trys to rob your house?

You shoot it of course! That was the case with the Puma Game Warden. A fellow over at KF accidentally shot the handle off of it with his .44 one night. It sat idle for some time, then he decided to send it to me to see if I could repair it.
It wasn't a direct impact, but grazed it, peeling the one handle off bending over the rocker pin and really mashing the liners. I did what I could for the liners and fitted some desert ironwood scales. I hope he likes it.
Here is what it looked like before, after I removed the lockbar the full warp came out in the liners, as there was nothing supporting them.

I straightened them out as best I could

I've had a heackuva time getting a good pic of it, this is the best I could do. I'll try again tommorow.
P.S thats the reflection of the wicker chair I'm using as a light box in the bolster
