Original c 1920-1933 Remington Bullet Trapper R1306. Any doubts? The story is that it may have been resurfaced and re-etched. It has slight pitting on the tang, but none on the blade. Any knowledge about this knife would be appreciated. Is it possible to "love" a knife?

Just testing the waters. I realize this is too much, but I don't know if I want to sell it. If someone wants it bad enough, great!

For that kind of cash I would have to look for a 1306 with more positives than negatives.

For that kind of money you should have plenty close up shots. I doubt if anyone is going to shell out big bucks based on those photos. ::shrug::

Plenty close up shots would guarantee no bidders @ that price.

No haters here just nice guys that will bend over backwards to help you and take a dim few of Tom Foolery and some one trying to act more clever than they are. You have already posted the knife before and gotten opinions. Please don't be so rude and insulting.

No Tom Foolery here. I was asked why I didn't post these pictures in the Remington forum under it's own topic, so I did. How were you fooled? I bought a knife and thought this was the place to get advice and knowledge about it. I have gotten really good input from a few. Thank you all!
