Acquired this little pen knife recently. Does anyone know anything about Purr & Co Sheffield? I think the long French style nail nick dates it to the late 1800s. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Cool knife S/K.
I know ZERO about it...but the mark
is listed in Goins' book...with no information except a possible address of 66 Andrew St. Sheffield.

,
I have looked just about through all my knife books and found nothing other than what Bill said. I did find a reference in a straight razor book though. That may be a clue also.
Next time I am in an old tableware book I will check there.
Nice knife.
