Please tell me if this is a fake

I saw this knife for sale and I am too much of a novice to know if it is real or not. My gut tells me something is wrong, but ??? Thanks-

No way no how is that knife real... The shoulders don't look right for one. They almost look like one of Case's "new grind" blades made in the 80's... especially the spey. The handle looks delrin which was not available back when that tang stamp was used. I'm sure there are other things. These two just jumped out at me.
