Has this Kingston electricians knife been altered?

Two of the pins are fairly shiny and one pin actually has a burr. In addition the scales are knot perfect if looking from the bottom of the knife.
Please let me know your thoughts...

Looks like it's been apart and cleaned with a less than stellar re-assembly job or someone has done some repair work as well as buffing.

I'm selling this on eBay and my stomach is turning, even though I've described my thoughts on it being reworked....
What about the tang stamp? Looks like somebody did it in their garage? No?

Below is a photo of my Ulster TL29. Ulster manufactured Kingstons.
I have about 12 Kingstons in my collection and in my opinion the stamp is good.
I checked out your eBay listing and added it to my watch list, because I believe the knife is good
