Picked up this ESEE/RC5-P from Bill Horn at Cumberland Knife Works. It is really one big handful of a knife. Made from 1/4" stock of 1095 carbon steel, it is strong enough to most anything. Fits snug in the adjustable kydex sheath.

Hey there Jim. Good to see you posting.
I've got a RAT 5 partially serrated knife that is the predecessor of that one you have. Mine is very similar to yours. You're right about it being a big ole handful of knife and built to handle some serious use. Those ESEE knives are built to take it.

kydex sheath you said.
Can you store the knife in the kydex sheath and it will not hurt the knife like a leather sheath???

Ken, you can store it safely in the sheath. Even though it's 1095 carbon steel the sheath is kydex and there's no problems associated such as tanning materials used in making a leather sheath.
