Name that maker

See attached photo. I think I seen this "Two Chiken" logo before. ::shrug:: But I don't remember, and certainly nothing about the company and their product. I'm pretty much a Camillus collector and beyond that still mostly Made in U.S.A knives. I know nothing about German knives.
Any help would be appreciated.

+2 for H&R. From the stamp, it's a fairly recent one. (last 10-20 years maybe? My tang stamp file isn't available right now so I'm going from memory. That's always dangerous.)
