Since there arent too many pics of catt displays around,not much to compare it too...Since it was re-finished the orig logo was probably sanded off and the buttons glued on.......though I have my doubts it's real....but I'm no expert..

Buy the pins. Maybe they're throw the case in for free.

I don't think there's any way to connect the case to Cattaraugus, unless this style case, minus the pins, is a known Catt design.

That just doesn't look like anything that would have been done back then.
