Sorry about the lousy pics but I had to show this off. One of our members(theclasp) sent it to me a while back. I was t-totally BLOWN AWAY! I had sent him a couple of things to go with his TREMENDOUS clasp collection and told him he could swap me something, sometime. You csn imagine the look on my face when I opened THIS! WOW!. Mr. Prater is a true artist. This is a 2000 and something 1072. The handle material is Red Mahogany Obsidion. There is a pony engraved in the handle dividers, front and back. Blade, bolsters, backsprings and liners are all worked and to top it all off, it's a Proto.
I've got to dig up some more "stuff" to send him. I feel like I owe him, big. Thanks, M.B....

You had to have sent him a couple of things to go with his TREMENDOUS clasp collection to get such a pay back ! It looks to me like you sure do have a real good KNIFE FRIEND and the ball is still rolling.
Its not offen we get to see things like this in the news papers. We just get bad news.
You sure made my DAY. ::ds:: ::ds:: Thanks for showing and telling use all.
