All About Pocket Knives

Knot sure what you all refer to random knife gifting as, but on cigar forums we refer to random cigar giftings as "bombs."

Anyhow, Paul (paulsvintage) was exceedingly generous in offering to send me (via PM) a NIB (New In Box) Imperial Mark Twain he had purchased 30 some odd yrs ago because of a thread I started on that knife. Much to my surprise, knot only did he send that knife but another vintage Imperial Bone knife made for the United States Army.......and a couple pens....

I am deeply humbled Paul. Thank you very, very, very much!!

Both knives are just WOW. The bone handled easy open proves Imperial could make something besides shell knives. Even in less than perfect condition, it's a beauty. You're a lucky duck to be on the receiving end of Paul's selfless generosity. Congratulations and to Paul - kudos.

I bet that Mark Twain would cut a nice V-groove in a Davidoff or Opus-X.
