Old Switchblade - Was wondering if it was worth anything.

I can't expect it to be worth much at all - if anything. The switch does work for both ends. However, it lacks the power to fully extend the blades most of the time. Moreover, it's very small.

I'm sure you guys can tell me what it is and if it's worth anything at all. I'm just clearing stuff out of the house.

Thanks!

That little darlin' was made by Schrade for Shapleigh Hardware and it is quite old. I would GUESS the 1920s or 1930s.
Even in its well used condition it is worth something. Not sure just how much but something and you might be surprised. Again, I am guessing but maybe somewhere between $40 and $100. Sometimes eBay allows this size to run so you might do a search there to see if there are any comparable to yours that have sold. I'd search both current sales and then go to advanced search and check under completed sales. 8) 8)
