All About Pocket Knives

This is a GEC #56 Dogleg Jack that Muskrat Man modded for me.
Started out strong with my current favorite blade combo and some nice
handles. Asked Kaleb to add the EO notch, lanyard hole, and liner-lock
on the main. Had some notches added to the main too. I am totally
blown away by the work that he did on this knife. I wanted the mods
added to make it the perfect EDC for me, had no idea that it would look
this amazing when he was done. I was going to wait to post this until I
recieved the knife back, but its just too cool not to post now, so here are

Thanks for all the positive feedback on this guys. The more I stare at it,
the more I love it. Looks like the liner-lock tab is going to provide some
pocket protection from the sharp tang of the main blade and the EO notch looks
ample even for those of us with clumsy mits. If I designed this from scratch
I may have placed a long-pull pen in front of the main and would have opted for
a slightly fatter spear. However, this is close to having every feature I had
on my list for a perfect EDC. Really stoked that you guys seem to like it too.
Muskrat Man took this project to a level I could not have imagined, thinking
someting is one thing, but the skills to make it happen......WOW!! BIG THANKS

I've offered to help in the past to make customized stuff for around the $100-150 mark and was not even granted with replies. If Bryan wants my work on a club knife i'm sure he'll let me know.

The liner lock dogleg was a very fun project, it's my first liner lock conversion and was challenging yet fun. It was nice to have someone order something a little different.

didn't mean to overstep any bounds here. i just love what you did to that knife. i realize that the club knife selection is totally up to bryan, i appreciated his other club knives.
in the past, custom knife makers like bob cargill and ken stigerwalt have done some really great stuff with club knives. it brings out the very best and uniqueness to the front..
but what is chosen would be alright with me...

No bounds were overstepped Chet. It was just surprising to me at the time that no one would comment on having a custom knife built for the club, no other forums I know of have gone that direction and I think it would make for a very unique and beautiful club knife for not much more than they would pay for a stock one. I apologize if I came off as sounding rash.

i already own one of your gec custom easy opens that i bought from the tank auction.. it is very nice but, it is the small 3", 25 pattern..
