Can I get some oponions on if you boys have ever seen one. I would like to know some history, I just love the knife. Has anyone ever seen a Champlin knife ::shrug:: ::shrug:: Thanks bigden Oh and here I am at the Queen show.

Wonder if that is a Champlin associated with Cattaraugus?

I would say it has to be buck 116. I do not think there is several JBF Champlins out there.

JBF Champlin started the Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. If you go to knife lore thread you will see one listed for him. You have a rare piece there.

That's a great find. ::tu::

Based on the big ole grin on your face, I'm guessing that picture of you was taken AFTER you got the Champlin knife for $2. :lol:
