judging by the no responses and the high hits this topic got. i would only assume that you folks think the topic referred to exceptional pictures of knives posted here..so sorry to confuse the issue, i only meant to address the picture from dobbinsville store with the knife scrolling on top of the aapk site..
but now that i think about it, it really wouldn't be such a bad contest to be a spectator to.......and the award for best picture goes to------------ ::handshake::

it was a photo from dobbinsville, he couldnt post his knives on the top of the page,, computer problems of sorts, so there was a vintage photo of a group of people posing in what looked like their back yard instead.. i don't know if we can get that picture back up.. i didn't copy it

I missed it too. I like old pictures.

Well, Chet, I guess you'll have to show us the picture of your family in the 50s in the back yard.

Here's mine. 1950

that is great picture, those pics could be taken right from my album, very small album, we didnt take many pictures back then, not many people even had a camera. small rural town, with mining as chief source of revenue, very meager beginings....

those good ole days.

p.s. i really meant a contest with kife photos, but these old family shots are terrific. keep em coming
but then i suppose we will have to be moved to off topic discussions
