Need help to ID a maker

I bought an old knife at a flea market for 5 bucks.
It's marked on the blade "TAYLOR UNION CUTLER"
It'a a slipjoint knife, singls spear blade 2 13/16" long
walnut handles
I tried to post pics the other day but it took so long to load I gave up.
From the style, it looks handmade, I've seen a few from George Wolstenholm that look
very similar, so I'm guessing Sheffield, mid 1800's
I posted on another site and a guy responded that he looked it up in Goin's
and the company was listed but no info.
Anybody run into any of these? Searching the net found one for sale but it wasn't the same.
