Vintage Kinfolks 6292 two blade bone hunter

Found one in an antique shop scales have no cracks. Secondary blade was stiff to open and unsharpened. Clip blade has some wear and tip is a bit rounded . Good stops. They where asking $125 but would go to $105. Should I run back and snag it or go back and negotiate? Thanks
