It seems like if you go to the tab "Events Calendar" and scroll over to the appropriate month, scroll down to bottom of calendar you'll see "add an event" or some such as that. Is that what you are doing?

I got it posted for you but it ain't pretty. That's a new format and pretty confusing. I'll try to fix it up a bit later...
