All About Pocket Knives

This is an odd one.
I'm assuming that it's fairly new, but the tang stamps aren't like any I've seen before

I'm wondering if it's an import contract knife.

if it was anything but chinese made it would be cleary stamped with the country on tang.it was probably inked on blade and wiped off
