It's a standard USAF survival knife, sometimes referred to as the JPK (Jet Pilot's Knife). The knife and sheath underwent a number of design changes; you seem to have one of the more common knives (5" pommel dated) and a contemporaneous sheath in decent condition. Do you still have the stone in the pocket?

Value on these varies. Your best bet for current value is to look at completed auctions on ebay. FWIW, the last two pommel-dated Camillus I watched went for around $50, but I don't recall which sheath they had, or what condition the sheath was in.
