It’s no secret that I’m fairly obsessed with knife photography. A while back I read an article in Knife Magazine that said that the proper direction when photographing a knife was to face the point towards the SW. I had never seen that before, so that’s what I’ve been doing lately. Here are two examples. What do you think? SW or NW?

Good looking knives, Case XX, Jtx and Joe!

I don't know about direction, Joe. If you, for example, turn a Case knife that way, wouldn't the shield be upside down? ::shrug::
