The knife is marked Othello Rostfrei. Black plastic handle with nazi symbol on one side. It is a gravity knife with stainless blade. I recently got in a collection I bought. I was told that it is real but I am unsure and I have not been able to find any information on the exact knife or even anyone with the same knife. I will post a picture. Looking for any information as far as when it was made and the value. It seems like it is decent quality with some blade play.

Othello is a stamp used by Anton Wingen, Jr. Don't know about the value but Wingen folders usally go for a pretty fair price.

all nazi knives had an RZM stamp or etch somewere on the knife...observe the tang stamp is usual.
unit issued knives had nazi proof stamps...sometimes tiny, as in use a loupe, but should be present.

thats a German military symbol used on paratrooper knives in the service ,,,Nazi ??? i dont think so . These knives came out it the mid to late 50s and then around 62/63 maybe??? they turned to the dark green ones , but dont have that symbol on the handles. i think if it were nazi , it would most likely be wood handles . as i have understood ? heres one similar by Eickhorn and was made in 1962 as marked on the inside of the trapdoor its got the same symbol on it . i likes mine

Enjoy yours
